Department for Business appoints Batteries Enforcement Authority
On the 2 February, the Business and Economics Minister, Ian Pearson, announced the appointment of the National Measurement Office (NMO) as the body responsible for enforcing the Batteries and Accumulators (Placing on the Market) Regulations 2008.
